Location: SuperBike Factory, Macclesfield
Contract: Full-Time
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Repairing with Passion: Strip, fit, and replace motorcycle components to manufacturer and SuperBike standards.
• Diagnosing with Innovation: Use diagnostic tools and technical knowledge to identify and fix faults—mechanical and electrical.
• Owning Your Work: Carry out full services and pre-delivery inspections, taking pride in every bike you put your name to.
• Collaborating with Team Spirit: Work closely with Parts, Processing, and other Workshop colleagues to meet targets and deliver on time.
• Learning Every Day: Stay sharp and up-to-date, with opportunities to train in welding, suspension, MOT testing and more.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:
 • Previous experience in a motorcycle or automotive mechanical role
• Confident in performing repairs, servicing, and fault-finding
 • Strong time management skills and the ability to work to workshop targets
• A proactive, can-do attitude in a busy, deadline-driven workshop

Nice-to-Haves:
 • Experience working across a variety of motorcycle brands
 • Confidence using diagnostic equipment and electronic systems
 • A valid motorcycle licence
