Location: SuperBike Factory, Macclesfield
Contract: Full Time (38.75 hours/week)
Salary: Apprenticeship Wage (in line with Government guidelines)

What You’ll Be Doing
As an apprentice, your focus will be learning, developing, and supporting the team while gaining real-world experience. You’ll be trusted with real responsibility and guided every step of the way. Your role will include:
- Learning by Doing: Support qualified technicians with pre-delivery inspections (PDIs), basic servicing, and workshop routines – all while picking up hands-on skills and building your technical confidence.
- Supporting the Workshop: Assist in keeping the workspace clean, organised, and safe. You’ll help move bikes, prepare tools and equipment, and lend a hand wherever needed.
- Training for the Future: Attend on-site classroom sessions and regular college days with our EMTEC training partners. Stay on track with your coursework and use what you’ve learned in real jobs.
- Asking, Practising, Improving: Seek feedback from trainers and technicians, learn how to use diagnostic tools and workshop systems, and keep progressing in both the workshop and the classroom.
- Being Part of the Team: Get involved in team meetings, daily routines, and workplace culture. You’re not just an apprentice – you’re part of the crew.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- GCSEs in English & Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
- Basic IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude
- Great attention to detail and personal responsibility
Nice-to-Haves:
- Full or restricted motorcycle licence
- Any hands-on mechanical experience or knowledge of tools and diagnostics
