Loans Administrator – Start Your Career in Motorcycle Finance
Location: SuperBike Factory, Macclesfield
Full-Time | Entry Level
Salary: £25,396.80 + bonus

SuperBike Factory is looking for a Loans Administrator to join our busy finance team in Macclesfield. This is an ideal opportunity if you're starting out in finance or admin and want to join a fast-paced, supportive environment where no two days are the same.

Our finance and admin teams are key to making everything run smoothly—from first enquiry to final payout.
 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Processing Loan Applications: Submit accurate finance proposals to our panel of lenders on behalf of customers.
• Handling Documentation: Issue finance paperwork and follow up to ensure it’s completed and returned on time.
• Working with Lenders: Build great relationships with finance providers and support them with any queries.
• Customer Service: Guide customers through the finance process, keeping them informed and supported throughout.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Liaise with sales, customer service, and booking-out teams to ensure a smooth journey for every customer.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all paperwork meets regulatory and internal standards.
• Payout Processing: Assemble completed finance packs and send them for final payout.

 
What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Background:

• Previous admin or finance experience is helpful, but not essential
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role is a plus

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail—accuracy matters when handling finance documents
• Excellent communication—both written and verbal
• Able to multitask and stay organised under pressure
• Confident working with customers and external partners
• Self-motivated and proactive with a team-first mindset
